Volunteering at LAFD
We were honored to participate in the 2025 LAFD Wellness Day, a three-day health fair hosted at the Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center. The event offered an opportunity for the Los Angeles City Fire Department (LAFD) personnel—including first responders and office staff—to explore services that support injury prevention, faster recovery, and long-term career sustainability.
DULA provided free acupuncture treatments during the entire event, strengthening our ongoing commitment to community engagement and showcasing the value of Traditional Eastern Medicine in occupational health.
The participants include Jaewon Kwag, Jessie Yamasaki, You Suk Jung, Gus Piao, and DULA intern practitioners
This community outreach effort reflects DULA’s continued mission to integrate Traditional Medicine into public service sectors and strengthen our connection with those who serve the city every day.
