At Dongguk University Los Angeles (DULA), our clinic supervisors and professional acupuncturists are meticulously selected based on their outstanding achievements, expertise, and clinical practice in their respective fields, as well as their supervisory and instructional skills. Our team brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experiences, knowledge, skills, and competency to our clinic, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. Many of our practitioners have also played a significant role in developing our clinical programs, contributing to both academic excellence and practical proficiency.

DULA’s clinic supervisors and professional acupuncturists provide comprehensive care using East Asian Medicine for a wide range of conditions. These include, but are not limited to, pain management, fertility, women’s health, common colds, digestive issues, stress, mental health, autoimmune conditions, aging support, pediatrics, and immune system support. Our practitioners have developed specialized skills in specific treatments, ensuring personalized and effective care for each patient.

Jun Woo Kim, DAcHM, L.Ac.
OMC Director
Dr. Jun Woo Kim holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University, where he also earned his Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Science-Biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine, and is a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. As the Director of the Oriental Medical Clinic (OMC) and the Herbal Dispensary Manager, Dr. Kim specializes in case management, herbal practicum, gastrointestinal disorders, emotion management, and pain management. His extensive background and expertise ensure the highest quality of patient care and educational guidance for interns at DULA.
Taylor Gannon, L.Ac.
OMC Manager
Taylor Gannon, L.Ac. OMC Manager Taylor Gannon serves as the OMC Manager at Dongguk University Los Angeles. She holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. With a specialized focus on Acupuncture, Taylor brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the Oriental Medical Clinic. Her role as OMC Manager involves overseeing clinic operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical education.
Heiwon Lee, DAOM, Ph.D., L.Ac.
Supervisor
Dr. Heiwon Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Oriental Medical Clinic at Dongguk University Los Angeles. He earned his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Dongguk University, his Ph.D. from Yuin University, and his Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Samra University. Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Arts from ChungAng University in Seoul. Dr. Lee specializes in internal medicine, psychological disorders, and knee pain, providing comprehensive care and expertise to his patients and students alike.
Qiwei Zheng, MD (China), DAOM, L.Ac.
Supervisor
Dr. Qiwei Zheng is a distinguished member of our faculty and serves as a Clinic Supervisor at Dongguk University Los Angeles. He holds an MD in Neurology from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and an MS in Medicine from the Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Zheng also earned his DAOM from South Baylo University. His areas of expertise include East Asian Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbology, and Neurology.
Meredith (Chunyi) Qian, MD (China), L.Ac.
Supervisor
Dr. Meredith Qian is a distinguished Clinic Supervisor at Dongguk University Los Angeles. She holds an MD in Medicine from AnHui College of Medicine and an MS in Medicine from the China Academy of Chinese Medicine. With a robust background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Qian's expertise lies in the treatment of Gynecological Disorders and Infertility. Her extensive clinical experience and dedication to patient care contribute significantly to the comprehensive healthcare services provided at DULA's Oriental Medical Clinic.
Stephan Seo, Ph.D. (China), L.Ac.
Supervisor
Dr. Stephan Seo is a valued Clinic Supervisor and Core Faculty member at Dongguk University Los Angeles. He earned his Ph.D. from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and his MSOM from Dongguk University Los Angeles. Dr. Seo's primary area of expertise is in Acupuncture, where he combines his extensive knowledge and clinical skills to provide exceptional care and education. His contributions are integral to the high standards of patient treatment and academic excellence upheld at DULA's Oriental Medical Clinic.
